Usually reputable sellers already provide information about model scale in their descriptions, either by giving specific measurements or by saying that model is accurate to real world scale. Adding scale field in model details section, wouldn't change anything - sellers who doesn't care about their models presentation, would simply ignore this field.
Having said that, i can inform you that scale is one of the easiest thing to adjust in 3d model. Most people should be able to easily change scale on their own in almost any 3d app, even if they have only basic knowledge.
