So as title states, the money gone from my cgtrader account and I still didn't recieve money. Nobody from cgtrader support responds to my request.

Are you talking about a normal payment? You have to wait until 20th of each month to receive previous month payments. If you don't receive your payment and you have completed the payment information (and it's verified) then you shall wait for response. Never had a problem with that, they even sometimes pay 1 day before.

Well I don't know why their not responding even for me my verification files are still pending since 5 days :/
