i was supposed to get paid this 20th of month. but now it says Paid until 20th of next month? anyone have this problem? i really needed money man

If payments have to arrive before the 20th, then they can arrive at any time? The problem is that I need the money as soon as possible, but I have been waiting for payment for more than half a month

Is there a guide link about the payment system in cgtrader? Do I have to buy something first? or do I have to have a certain account? Do i must have minimum balance? something like that ?
