Alternatively, if you know exact username, you can just type in browser's address bar https://www.cgtrader.com/*** where *** is username.

Go here: https://www.cgtrader.com/designers next to the search field choose "designer name" and type full, or a fragment of a name in the search field.
There's no strict distinction between the sellers and the buyers in cgtrader, so you should be able to find user no matter if he's selling models, or not, as long as you know his username.
