Thank you for your post. Personally, I am not sure if someone will do the texturing for your tank as it will take time to do it.

I know some people say: If you are affraid of wolf, GO to the forest :)

I would recommend you to find some texturing tutorials, because you do not know how to do it. You will profit from learning it in long term perspective, because once you learn how to unwrap and texture your models, you can make them to look much more realistic.
