Have you contacted CGTrader support yet? If not, then I'd recommend contacting them asap, then also try sending a message to the artist seller. Are you sure your payment was processed? Maybe your bank didn't allow the transaction?

Please keep us posted. I don't know how long it's been since you purchased the model, but CGTrader will likely contact you within 24 hours after your support request. Be sure you have Flash enabled for the site. In some cases on certain sites, having Flash disabled could cause certain website functions to disappear. I'm not sure if this is a feature used for the Download button, but you should try to enable it for this site just to see if it makes a difference while you wait for a response. By default, some browsers like Google Chrome will disable Flash for websites in the browser for security purposes, but it could impact certain website functions if it is disabled. Again, not sure if CGTrader uses this for certain website features. I personally have it disabled here and haven't seen any issues, but you could always turn it off and on for certain sites if you use Chrome browser.
