Fresh? - No. Bug? - Not sure of that, more likely design overlook.
I newer faced this "not bug" before. Only this case and few days ago on the page of other seller.
It's like that since I joined - free models doesn't show up on sellers page unless you click [ ]free checkbox. On the main account page however, there is no such button, so I agree with LemonadeCG that this is a design flaw.
It's been like that since site re-design few years ago.
