Have to love the language of "we are expanding the payout rate range to 60%-85%" when the negative 5% will affect everyone and the positive 5% will affect only a handful.

I'd recommend being transparent about this with your products' price so that buyers can see the ridiculous markup necessary for the creator to make a profit. Damn near tempted to make notes everywhere that if they want a cheaper price, contact and deal directly through PayPal instead.
