They don't respond to messages now because they don't know how to pay artists

I know! I think they're now flooded with emails about hyperwallet.

I have been sending e-mails for two days and there is no response. They transferred my money to the next month. They may be having problems, but there is no explanation and no payment has been made. I thought cgtrader was a corporate company. I guess I'm starting to think that it is a simple formation that is far from professional. :/

Yup same for me, they skipped the January payout and now it says "To be paid until 20th of next month"

Update: I got this message highlighted in red
Payout Problem: Important: Please update your payment agreement immediately to continue receiving royalties More info here

Then I added all my info again just like when I was filling it out for the payment agreement. Then I got this message

CGTrader Royalty Payment Agreement
Your Hyperwallet Pay portal identification token is xxxxx. Do not share it with anyone!

After your first payout, you will receive an email asking to activate your Hyperwallet Pay portal account and specify how you want to transfer your money.
In order to process payouts of royalties, we are required to collect some information about the payees. This allows us to comply with legal and tax requirements and provide efficient and convenient service to our users.

Yeah. I completed the payment agreement again. The payout problem warning is gone but looking at the message, looks like I will have to accept that my earnings for Jan 20 will now be paid out on the 20th of February.

I completed the contract almost two weeks ago and did not receive any warning. When I check, there are no problems or warnings. I think they launched the Hyperwallet Pay portal without testing it and the problem occurred. And as far as I understand, they do not feel the need to explain the issue to anyone. I'm almost getting my second payment from TS but there's still no sound from CG. The e-mails we send as artists are not answered and this is getting really annoying.

OMG, now I am worried again that I won't get my earning still on Feb 20. I actually also have models in cults3d. I am planning to increase my price here to make it look like cults3d is cheaper to purchase my products. I am also plannng to migrate to Artstation, deviantart and myminifactory

I have been on the platform for more than 5 years, I was very comfortable working for CGtrader, I never had problems with payments, I had a question...they answered it, but now it seems that no one works in the CGtrader offices, and this makes me That company loses credibility, I am seriously thinking about leaving the platform, it is not like before!!!
