Cannot withdraw my money from hyperwallet

it's been twice that my transfer has been returned back to my hyperwallet account with no clear reason, i tried to contact the customer center but no response yet, my bank account number & name were correct, then i check my transfer method again, my name should be in 3 part (first, middle then last) but it only show my first and last name, could that be the reason why my money couldn't be transfered???, just FYI i input my name correctly, the first, middle and last name but in transfer method it only showed my first and last name (ie , "hi firstname lastname"), should i merge my middle name to my first name??, because when i did that, my name in the transfer method showed my full name, now i have to wait a couple of days again for verification

Same thing happened to me, I dont recall this happening before but I also have been notified with transaction failure multiple times and they don't even explain it properly. It's like everything is automated to consume even from us. I dont think all the money lost on fees will ever come back. This is outrageous and intolerable what happened to you. Switching to PayPal has been working for you?
yes, switching to paypal worked and i wished i did it in the first place so that i didn't lost money because currency reconversion, which in my case, USD > IDR > USD again, i lost aprrox 65 USD due to reconversion alone
no they didn't resolve anything yet, i have to change the transfer method to my paypal account instead of my local bank, and i lost almost 65 USD due to currency conversion from USD to IDR (withdraw from hyperwallet to local bank) and then to USD again (since i changed the transfer method to paypal) because apparently hyperwallet can't read my middle name resulting to this "Invalid Beneficiary Name"

Interesting. I'm curious if that would work. It's similar to when you get a boarding pass on an airline. My first and middle names are merged. I remember a few years ago, when boarding, a flight attendant announced that your name must be exactly as on your passport or drivers license as you may be denied boarding. In this case, it wasn't since I separate my first and middle names, like most people. The boarding passes are exactly the same now, so it shows that the old software has never been upgraded.
the hyperwallet customer service just reached me, and he said that it's all due to Invalid Beneficiary Name, so i guess if your full name consist of 3 word, you should merge the middle name to the first / last name because apparently hyperwallet only read first and last name.
Then whats the point of Middle Name column there ffs?!
