It is very informative and helpful to me.

When you're applying for new project, look if the client explicitly permits to resell the final product. It's clearly marked in new and in completed projects as well. Without client's permision you're NOT allowed to resell the product, or use it for any other means.

Well you have to discuss that with the client, the model is technically theirs
