Can I download my models ?

CG staff tells the same, make your model free and then download. There should be option for owner IMHO

Mansoor at the left of your screen you have a lil green help button, click on that and ask CGT staff.
Lemonade it was Tecna who told it in a post if I remember well, but if you think sooo... my bad x)

Did you apply for the analytics program ? If yes your only choice is to temporary put a 0$ price on the model you want to download, download it then bring back the original price quickly.
Otherwise you can download it from "My Models" I guess.
