Yes I did and they issued a refund today supposedly. Not sure how it works though, whether its issued back to my card or not.

Whats with a lot of crap models being sold. Either unfinished, files being different then whats indicated. Or completely different then what expected. Has this site really dropped that low where sellers cant even provide the item described in pictures anymore? Has anyone else had to deal with this?

Supposedly you can request a refund. However, im not sure what steps are taken against the seller selling the botched model
