So i've decided to download Artstation mobile app to enable 2 Factor Authentication, i log out via web, but when i'm trying to relogin, it asked me to check the 2FA Request in mobile app, i've çhecked 2FA menu, but it say no request or something like that, Then i've reseted my password, but when i try to login in mobile app, the 2FA shows & it asked me to click yes, but there's no yes button whatsoever, WTH, now i cannot login to my account, both via web or mobile app
I don't want to sound like a jerk, but what artstation account have to do with cgtrader and its forum ? As far as i know artstation have their support which can be contacted via support@artstation.com.
It sounds like you're encountering a problem with Artstation's 2FA process. Verify that you have the latest version of the Artstation mobile app installed. Make sure that you're using the correct login credentials and that you're attempting to log in to the correct account.
