Are they unstoppable?

Again about stolen models.
Long ago I've caught this seller selling my models https://www.cgtrader.com/designers/lucky-hunter-2008

He used to sell this model of mine: https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-print-models/art/other/wings-b830a6b0-2ad8-478f-a5e5-5932730e4f37
I've reported him and the model was removed.

And guess what? Now he sells this: https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-print-models/jewelry/other/angle-bird-wings-pair-top

Exactly my old wings but part of it removed and roughly sculpted over .

The question:
Will admins put this stolen, roughly modified wings down or will they say that it is okay?
Now he can't say that some one just sold it to him. He changed the model and put in back to the market, he knew that the model was stolen.

Of course I do not ask if the seller will be blocked, he has so many models and probably make some money for CGTrader? he wasn't blocked at first time, I do not hope that it will happen now.

If you have reported a problem and CGT has done nothing about it, you have every right to sue CGT and ask for financial settlement. Since they do not want to prevent theft, they support and allow stolen property to be sold through their platform. Such cases are easily won in European courts, but do not expect more than 3000-5000€ in settlement. If even after the verdict they do not solve the problem with the stolen assets, you can sue them again and literally destroy them financially in court. European courts are very rigorous when it comes to financial fraud and misuse of intellectual property.
