Anybody help

my royalties were made before november 20th and i believe i did everything.

In order to receive payment, you need sign the Payment Agreement. To do it, log in to your account, go to settings and select PAYMENT AGREEMENT. There you can attach your document and fill out the form.

You must provide necessary information for us, so we can calculate the applicable taxes, facilitate the transactions as well as to keep track of the rights obtained to the designs.

When you get your payment agreement verified, all collected will be paid until the 20th day of the following month. For example, royalties collected over December are paid until the 20th day of January.

If you have defined your payment method, this should be transfer to your account automatically.

Your payment will be sent to you automatically after your account has been confirmed. If you are going to transfer money to an account other than payoneer then you must exceed the $ 50 lower limit.

The sales you have made this month will be transferred to your payoneer account on the 20th of the next month. So you cannot withdraw payment other than this

I believe you can set up your payment in your account settings. Go to settings then look at payment agreement. You should be able to find some help on a FAQ page or by contacting support. There is a payment threshold, but I'm not sure what amount it is. So the money may not be transferred until you have earned that amount.
