3D Model Organizing Software

Discussion started by yosofun

Just bought quite a number of models during the sale... Does anyone have solutions for organizing models? Or software that has enables quick previews and tagging/search for 3D models (local)?

Check out Connecter from Design Connected - free, modern looking and very capable 3D asset management app.

Well, there are few other alternatives, both commercial and free ones, but i didn't tried them, so i can't recommend anything. Connecter works well for me, but i have relatively small model library, so i don't know how it handles thousands upon thousands :]

Hello Yosofun
You sent me a negotiation proposal for 5 of my model for $6.
Of course I decline the offer, but the text of the message of the proposal is just 'Test'. (???)
I did not really understand, but I guess it's related to this thread?

not directly - though trying to get the best deal on a good selection of models before the sale ends! :) this also includes a lot of things that look interesting, but i don't currently have a project for - that maybe i might have free time in the future to play with. i'm new to cgtrader and experimenting with the offer button to see where it goes - neither turbosquid or other sites have this.
