I found out that when it says "Waiting for approval" the job has been deleted by the website or client

Hi there,
I saw that a job I applied to has "waiting for approval beside it instead of the usual "not yet selected"
Should I get my hopes up or can someone tell me what it means.

Hi Guys,
I've posted a job 3 days ago and got 20 applicants. When I was about to select and open my account.... the link was not working and it says "WAITING FOR APPROVAL". I didn't delete the job and it's still existing in my dashboard but gone in the "Browse jobs section"
What job was it?
