As long as it is unique, I think you have a chance.

I did that once, I no one wanted it. So go and try to search for models by views, and then find the one which has the most views, and then look at when the thing was published. That would tell you whether it would be something that people want.

Do you have the rights to distribute/sell the artwork on the box? Those pictures may be copyright protected. Just a thought.

I don't think that matters, because you can check the box before you publicize your product, that says limited use only.

It depends if there is a market for it and if buyers are interested in them. If you make them and people are buying then you know you are doing the right thing. If no one is buying then try making something different. You never know what people really want... sometimes the really awesome cars and vehicles don't sell at all and then things like hearts on valentines sell a lot more. You need to figure out what the consumers really want. The worst part is when you spend 3 months building that amazing car and no one wants it...
