Hi guys,
do you know that if you had an account at sketchfab you can upload models there and you can then add 3D previews to your models here, as I have for each of my models. If you have pro account at sketchfab, you can showcase your model in a really nice way through your personal webpage-

I have only this 2 models with textures, rest on sketchfab has not, but I think that is nice way to present your work.
Just a small tip for you guys, hope it will be some help.
Btw, my surname "Orel" means Eagle in czech language, so I have this Eagle logo :)

Well look at any of my models, and between pictures, last one is sketchfab. In the right bottom corner is a cube, so click it, there you can choose to show wireframe. About the textures I really dont figured it out yet, as you can see, only my Toy models have textures in sketchfab and I have no idea why only them :D

I started trying to import with textures and partially succeeded. With some more complicated materials its not so easy to get it right. Look at my last attempt :D not so good ... some are missing, some are wrongly mapped ...

There are options like wireframe view? And can we add textures in other channels like bump, reflection, luminance ecc?
Well after adding some bump maps to the wood and some tinkering inside sketchfab rendering I am done for today :D I think it doesn't look bad :)
You can really achieve something nice for showing your models to the people :)

I tried it out in the past and was disappointed that it didn't represent materials as I intended. However, your stuff is looking good, so Sketchfab may have upgraded. The 3D interactive presentation is quite nice to have. Thanks for sharing, Jan.
Thank you :) Yes, the materials works and looks kinda different than in my 3D software, so get it working is a little frustrating. I have to got most of the stuff as polygonal objects, then map textures on it and bake it so I can nicely texture it in sketchfab. Its lucky that I don't need to worry about lighting, because in sketchfab you can do pretty quickly nice 3 point lighting system.
If you have good materials created in 3D editing in sketchfab is then really easy and quick, look at the options for example here:

It is always better to show the customers how the models look like in some interactive way than just pictures. But the materials ... oh well :D
