Thanks! I was thinking that probably the textures will be converted for engines and during conversion anyway downrez. A bit heavy download though.
I won't worry about download size. Assets tend to be heavy. The last five simple 3D trees I uploaded for CG stuff are 500MB in size. Most stuff I buy on the web (collections) are 1,5GB.
