The source object was a scan. We developed a process for removing the lighting information from the textures. We also worked hard to reduce the optimal amount of polygons while still retaining the photo-realistic result. We used Maya to treat the scan data.
Videos coming shortly, showing how easy it is to implement these models into Unity 3d and Unreal Engine 4 with fantastic results. Will also post some renders from Octane Render.
