I am so much happy, Cause my first item is successfully sold on CGT. This month I start uploading model on CGT, And success. This is my model Dolmena Armchair Wooden Chair, But I am so much upset, coz my buyer did not review or like to the model.

No need to be upset, that is pretty much the norm.
Most buyers don't review or put a like on the models they buy.
Buyers that actually put up a review are the minority.

Congrats, don't worry about the reviews. Sometime I message buyer just to thank them and ask for suggestion to improve your products. Which could be more useful then just reviews.
