Is approximately 2-2.5 million polygons needed for flawless detailing for one character?
It could be less. The less the better, and less likely that buyer will have problems with downloading, uploading to 3d printing service or just with the performance PC and slicer when printing at home. In addition, the finger position of the right hand is unnatural. Relaxed fingers would look more organic.
Give recommendations on anatomy please. Is the center of mass correct, the basic pose forms, the forms of the skull. I would be grateful!

Fix ears position, create more smooth contour of lower jaw, increase the width zygomatic arch and nose bridge, work with wings of the nose as well with area upper lip and volume lower. In addition, the deltoid muscle area of the left arm is too far from the body.
