sorry but i think this is ugly:
the helmet is bad at all, you should re-design it
the big pockets are more old style than futuristic, look at "Crysis"
the boots are okay, but you shouldn't use a pure black on its texture, better to use a dark grey but not black.

Still very nice work, hope you can improve it!

I agree. The helmet needs a bit of work. I feel the same way about the boots. I really love the rest of the model though. Feel it works well. Will you add any weapons?

i don't like the helmet,but maybe i'm wrong. you can spend a little more time for modeling a better futuristic helmet :)
