1/1800th scale Casablanca Class Aircraft Carrier model. Certain elements not to scale.

The Casablanca-class aircraft carriers were the most numerous class of aircraft carriers ever built. Fifty were built, five were lost. They were designed as escort carriers for convoy operations, but ended up being very effective in amphibious support operations. Their small aircraft capacity was compensated for by combining multiple carriers in a fleet.
