DESCRIPTION

1/1800th scale Zuiho Aircraft Carrier model. Certain elements not to scale.

The Zuiho was a light aircraft carrier built for the Japanese Navy beginning in 1935. She was commissioned at the end of 1940 and saw service in various battles throughout the war before she was sunk in 1944. She carried up to 30 aircraft and sported eight five-inch naval guns and a collection of antiaircraft armament.

This is part of my collection of WWII warships, keep an eye out for more to come. If you have a specific request, message me and I'll bump it up my list.

Tested with PLA at .1mm layer height with .4mm nozzle.

Update 19 March 19: Structural fix, thickened thin areas for better liklihood of print success.Update 29 Oct 19: Added boats and anchor chains. Adjustments for better printability.
