1/1800th scale River class frigate model. Certain elements not to scale.

The River-class was a set of 151 frigates built for the Royal Navy and her allies during WWII. They carried two four-inch guns and a variety of antiaircraft and antisubmarine weapons.

This model is designed and tested at 1/1800th scale, but up-scaling and down-scaling are possible. Since the model is optimized for 1/1800th scale, it is not ideal to print larger versions due to a lack of detail. The gun barrels and mast have been enlarged.

This model includes four designs, the UK, Australian, and Canadian versions as well as the post war Prestonian class which was converted from mothballed Canadian River class ships.

Tested with PLA at .08mm layer height with .4mm nozzle.
