This 3D printable RC-READY model represents a modern Service Operation vessel used in wind farm operations and coastal service duties (heavily inspired from the Havyard 831 SOV Design). Measuring approximately 80 cm in length when assembled, it has been carefully designed with a balance of accuracy and printability. The base package includes over 60 individual STL files, while the optional accessory pack expands the build to more than 200 parts for those who wish to add detailed fittings such as cranes, lifeboats, and deck equipment. All cranes are articulated, our new modular heavy crane which can be used as an A-type or as single crane is also included in this file pack. The platform on the deck tower is also articulated with its crane platform moving up and down. Many of the finer details have been reinforced and thickened to ensure reliable printing and easier handling during assembly. The model is divided into sections compatible with standard 3D printers featuring a 22 × 22 × 25 cm build volume, allowing hobbyists to produce large, high-detail components without special equipment.

3D printing settingsFor best results, it is recommended to print the parts in PLA or PETG at 0.15–0.25 mm layer height with at least 15–20 % infill. Most hull and superstructure sections can be printed without supports, though minor support may be required for certain deck fittings or curved overhangs. Standard cyanoacrylate or epoxy adhesive works well for assembly, and the joints have been designed for strong, clean connections. Builders aiming for a display finish can lightly sand and prime the surfaces before painting, while more experienced users may choose to reinforce the interior for RC conversion or lighting. Full color 3mf file format is included.

The model is now fully RC-Ready with DC and Servo mounting parts, a new larger interior access hatch on the deck. Multiple rudder and servo levers, an new optional bulkhead for additional waterproofing at the rudder area.
