Rather than replicating a single proprietary vessel, this design synthesizes key features and functional details from several world-class pilot boats into one cohesive, highly detailed vessel. At an overall length of 80 cm—offering an impressive 1:24 scale profile—the digital model has been carefully sliced so that every core structural component fits comfortably within standard 22 x 22 x 25 cm build volumes. The result is an authentic, realistic scale model that balances intricate aesthetics with a streamlined printing workflow, making it exceptionally easy to print, assemble, and outfit for the water.

Designed for both entry-level makers and experienced modders, the primary structure is pre-sliced into manageable core sections: a 4-piece hull, a 2-piece superstructure, and a 2-piece captain’s bridge. Printing these core parts gives you a complete, structured boat, while an included pack of 150+ high-poly STL files and a pre-configured full-color 3MF file cater to multi-color printer owners and detail enthusiasts. Major assembly points feature built-in alignment flanges with guide holes to ensure straight, simple glue joints. To maximize watertight performance, the bow is completely sealed, and the main deck incorporates integrated drainage details to clear splashed water quickly before it can reach any hatch openings. Internal access is completely hassle-free: the entire superstructure conceals a massive main hatch over the motor bay, surrounded by raised lips for precise bridge alignment and superior waterproofing. A large rear deck hatch sits directly above the steering system (screw-fastened or easily converted to magnets), and a separate general-purpose mini-hatch frame and lid are included so builders can custom-position access to power switches or internal electronics. For RC conversions, the interior comes ready with molded DC motor beds, servo mounts, and articulated twin rudders. When off the water, the vessel rests securely on two custom display stands as a detailed desk sculpture.
