This is a 1 96th scale model of a Cheverton Motor boat that was carried on the davits of British warships during the 70's to 90's. It's a useful little model of a boat that is difficult and expensive to get hold of for model makers.
They were carried aboard most warships during this period and I have designed it for the models I have of this period, notably the assault ship HMS Intrepid, and the Type 42 destroyer HMS Sheffield.
You can print the model as a complete boat, or it can be printed in two halves so that the supports can be easily removed.
It can be scaled to different sizes and will print at these scales. 133% makes 1 72nd scale, 200% makes 1 48th. It will also print at 1 128th and 1 144th scale, though you may prefer to use resin. I printed using a filament printer at 1 96th and 1 72nd scale with good results
