we place the 3d printed apparatus on a old Crt tv, or projector source, to project straight up into the silently rotating holographic display. a small fan built into the design on the backside, hidden, will suck in air and blow air upwards, spinning the translucent disc. the rotation of the disc will display a holographic-like image of light on the frontside of the display where the effect can be observed. the translucent disc can rotate very, very fast, silently. any video source or still image can be displayed on the display. it will appear to float or hoover mid air, or in the exact center of the device.
