I have supplied a head piece that you can paint yourself.I have supplied the wing framing if you want to add your own wiremesh.

Dimensions (see pics): Fully assembled - approx. 238mm tall x 203mm deep x 108mm wideBut you can scale it to your printer bed size!

Items Needed (some are affiliate links):

QTY 1 - Bob Smith Superglue or equivalent

Assembly: (watch the video if you get lost)NOTE** I have supplied the Hanger and the Leg pins but I recommend using some type of wire to hold it together. I imagine these 3D printed smaller pieces will break easily.

• Print out all parts.
• Do a Dry Run / Test Fit before doing anything.
• Lets start with the head:
  • Insert the BottomBeak into the Top Beak - Glue when ready
  • Add the teeth to both sides - Glue when ready
  • Place the beak into the head - Glue when ready
  • Add the neck to the underside of the head - Glue when ready
• DO NOT Place the head on top of the Body!
• Place the wings on each side of the body - Glue when ready
• Place the Hands on the body - Glue when ready
• Add the legs pins to the Left and Right Legs. - Glue when ready !!DO NOT ADD TO BODY YET!!
• Set the toy to the side.Lets build the Frame:
  • Start with the FrameLRG
  • Insert the Frame connectors into the 4 square holes located in inner side of FrameLRG
  • Insert the Hanger to the top part of the FrameLRG
    • Add HangerWire to Hanger
  • Add the NamePlate into the NamePlateFrame
  • Place the assembled Nameplate to the bottom of the FrameLRG - Glue when ready
  • Place the InnerFrame Pieces to both side of the FrameLRG and insert the FrameScrews
  • Glue when ready
  • Add Wallmount-Frame to the slots on outter side of the FrameLRG
  • Glue when ready
  • Add the Wallmount to the Wallmount-Frame
  • Glue when ready
• Carefully add the Legs and the Legpins into the Nameplate frame, Place the body on top of the legs
• Insert the HangerWire into the hole on top of Head - Glue when ready
• Carefully connect the body and head together.
• Glue everything together when ready if you haven't already.

PROTIP's:

1. Paint and let dry before handling.
2. Do a Dry Run / Test Fit before doing anything.
3. Do not over tighten the screws
