Assembly:

  • Print out all parts.
  • Do a Dry Run / Test Fit before doing anything.
  • I've added solid pieces and split pieces for easier 3D printing. Your Choice!
  • Figure out how many taps and how long you want this Tap assembly to be then go from there.
  • Print out the desired Beer Tap Assemblies.
  • I will start from the Bar top.
  • PipeFlangeBarMount4inch is the piece that will start the run. You would eventually bolt this to the bar but dont do it until your ready.
  • Cut a Schedule 40 PVC pipe 260.7mm long. X2 One for each leg.
  • Add a FlangeDummy over top of that. The flange dummys are meant to look like these are fitted steel pipes.
  • Then add FlangeElbow4inch for the corners.
  • Then another FlangeDummy.
  • Use the Hex Bolt and HexNut to glue it all together when your ready.
  • You would do this for both sides of the Bar Tap Assembly
  • Now we will talk about the Beer Tap Area:
  • Cut a large Schedule 40 PVC pipe which will be your Top portion of the assembly that everything hangs on.
  • Space out the Beer taps to your desires and use the BeerFaucetRoundPost to mark the area of the pipe that you will cut out using a hole saw.
  • The Roundpost holds everything within the top upper PVC pipe
  • I ordered 4" long beer faucets, it was hard getting the nuts on the back so I cut it into two pieces hoping to get nut on better.
  • Add the Square piece over top of the Roundpost for each tap.
  • BeerFaucetSide pieces need to be added to both sides of the Square piece using the Rivet's, Glue together when ready.
  • Place the Round piece on top of the square piece.
  • Add ContainerBottom
  • Use the ContainerViewport DXF file to print out a template to mark and cut out the window area of the Container PVC pipe section. The Container is 390mm tall. Do this for the required taps.
  • Add the Container pvc pipe over top of the ContainerBottom
  • Add the Translucent piece or glass to inside of Container.
  • Add LED Lighting and water features if you like. I did not explore this yet!
  • Add ContainerTop
  • I have notice that they normally pipe in the electrics and the water stuff through the top of the container. See pic.
  • When your ready glue it all together, making sure to leave the items unglued that need to be fussed with in the future.
  • Good luck and Enjoy!
  • Please let me know if you have any good tips for this or items. I plan on making this Cantina for my Spacement Bar area.

PROTIP's:

  1. Paint and let dry before handling.
  2. Do a Dry Run / Test Fit before doing anything.

Enjoy!

Please let me know of any issues.

Whitey!
