Star Wars Galaxy's Edge Inspired Wall Light 1 Version 1 STL 3D Print File

Dimensions: Fully Assembled - approx. 510mm (20) x 220mm (8) But you can scale to your desire

2024-03-29 Added solid version for Diorama makers2024-03-22 Files cut to enable printing on Ender 3 Pro or equivalent.2024-02-25 V2 Added a new mount base STL and Top cap STL for the lighting.

Items Needed: Clevis Pin and hex screw STL files included but if you want real hardware you will need the following:QTY16 = Hexagon Socket Button Head screw Iso 7380-1 M4x20 steelQTY 4 = Adjustable Clevis Pin 98330A350 5/8x 2 QTY 1 = LED Edison BulbQTY 4 = Aluminum Cord grip 7529K302QTY 1 = E27 LED Light Socket Extension cord with on/off switch(OPTIONAL) QTY 1 = Non Polarized Plug 15amp I ended up taking apart the bulb end due to the cable and switch configuration.(OPTIONAL) QTY 1 = Thicker Cable(OPTIONAL) QTY X= Cable Clamps

Assembly:

1. Print all pieces
2. Test fit before gluing together
3. Start with Center lens and work outwards
4. Use Hex screws to tie it all together
5. Mount backing to the wall
6. Add light in place and secure with Clevis pins
7. Two cord grip holes depending on how you tie the wiring to the light
8. Hole will need to be drilled on top light for electrics.

PROTIP:

1. Paint and let dry before handling.
2. Glue in screws using CA glue
3. Have not printed this yet so let me know if it needs tweaked
4. I was planning on filament printing in clear for the lens areas (yellow parts)
