DESCRIPTION

This ammunition was developed as standard ammunition for the 2A60 gun,
which entered service with the Soviet Union in 1979, and is fully compatible with
the ammunition used by the 2B16 “Nona-K” towed gun and the 2S9 “Nona-S” tracked
self-propelled gun. The 3OF49 high-explosive fragmentation shells (mortar shell )
have a steel casing and are loaded with 4.9 kg of A-IX-2 explosive.
When equipped with a standard 3V35 contact fuze (analogous to the M-12)
for fragmentation effect upon detonation, the 3OF49 shell produces approximately 3,500
lethal fragments weighing between 0.5 and 15 g, with an initial velocity of approximately 1,800 m/s.
The effective area of damage to exposed personnel in a standing position is 2,200 m²,
and the armor penetration of homogeneous steel armor is 12 mm at a distance of 7 to 10 m
from the shell’s blast epicenter. Maximum firing range: 8.8 km. It has been actively used
in the russian-Ukrainian war since 2014.

not a complete copy of the external forms of the original product, although it displays all
the necessary elements. Adapted for the possibility of 3D printing and subsequent
assembly of the product layout. The model is an assembly model, contains
all conditional parts files (STL) in high-polygonal version to obtain qualitatively
smooth forms. Additionally, the set contains all files for obtaining high-quality
realistic close-up rendering (smooth lines, selected, prepared surfaces -
for applying materials or textures - Assigned materials surfaces with conditional
color markings), see the image of models and examples of 3D rendering results in
specialized professional applications (for examples- KeyShot). Additionally, the set
contains marking textures - inscriptions to be applied to surfaces.
In addition to solid model file formats, converted highly detailed polygonal file
formats are additionally available.
