DESCRIPTION

This is the USSR and Russian Single bomb bundle RBS-100 AO-25-33 cluster block of AO-25-33
fragmentation-fugitive anti-personnel aerial bombs (submunitions).
AO-25-33 fragmentation bombs are used to destroy enemy manpower,
unarmored and lightly armored vehicles; they are used in bundles RBS-100 AO-25-33
from all aircraft, on the bomb carriers which provide for the suspension of bombs of 100 kg caliber.
Three fragmentation bombs assembled into a single munition. In this way, a larger fragmentation
area is achieved compared to a unitary munition.

Characteristics of the product when equipped with AO-25-33 bombs:
Bomb bundle length - 1060-1062 mm;
Diameter of the bomb bundle - 280 mm;
Stabilizer span - 280 mm;
Weight of the unequipped bundle - 111 kg;
Weight of the bundle without bombs - 12 kg.

Basic data of the AO-25-33 aerial bomb without fuse:
Length of the aerial bomb - 982.5-987 mm;
Body diameter - 120-122 mm;
Stabilizer span - 120-122 mm;
Weight of the unfinished aerial bomb - 33 kg;
Explosive charge weight - 5.6 kg;
Filling factor - 17.12;
Radius of solid impact by killing fragments - 34 m;
Area of continuous shrapnel-killing damage - 3630 m2
Adopted for service in the Fifties of the twentieth century and used to this day in the wars waged by the Russian Federation.

Assembly models are made in original dimensions. The models are made in SolidWorks.
They are intended primarily for 3D printing of bench models - training models,
for use as a visual aid and are not a complete copy of the external forms of the original products.
Although they show all the main external elements. The models are adapted for the
possibility of 3D printing and subsequent assembly of the product layout.
The models are soborochnye and contain files of all conditional parts (STL)
in a highly polygonal version to obtain qualitatively smooth forms. Additionally,
the set includes all files for obtaining high-quality realistic visualization with close-up
(smooth lines, selected surfaces for applying materials or textures) See rendering examples.
In addition to solid model file formats, converted polygonal formats with high detail are additionally provided.

FBX
This FBX file has successfully passed the CGT Standard technical and visual checks. The verification results are detailed in the section below.
File & scene
Binary FBX
Binary FBX file is more compact and faster to load and process.

No unsupported objects
Unsupported objects:
- Lights
- Cameras
Learn more
Geometry
No N-gons
N-gons are polygons with five or more sides which might cause issues in certain processes like rendering or animation. Learn more
No faceted geometry
Faceted geometry uses flat surfaces without smoothing, which can look unrealistic on curves.
Learn more
Manifold geometry
Manifold geometry ensures all surfaces are properly connected, avoiding issues like edges shared by more than two faces.
Learn more
Textures & material
PBR textures
PBR textures simulate how light interacts with materials, making the model look realistic under different lighting.
Required PBR textures:
- Base Color
- Roughness
- Metalness
- Normal
Learn more
No embed textures
Embedded textures are stored inside the model file, increasing its size and sometimes causing compatibility issues.
Learn more
Square textures
Texture aspect ratio is the width-to-height ratio of a texture. Expected texture aspect ratio: 1:1
Learn more
Power of 2 texture sizes
Textures with dimensions in power of two (e.g. 512x512px, 1024x1024px) are used to optimize performance and memory usage.
Learn more
Assigned materials
Materials are applied to the 3D model to allow visualize a model's surface properties and appearance.
Learn more
UVs & naming
No UV overlaps
UVs overlap when multiple points on the 3D model's surface are mapped to the same point on the UV island causing texture stretching.
Learn more
UV unwrapped model
A UV unwrapped model means its 3D surface is flattened into 2D space, allowing textures to be applied accurately.
