DESCRIPTION

This is the Soviet - Russian Cluster aviation bomb RBK-250 AO-1 (РБК-250 АО-1).
This is an assembly - stand 3D model, in scale 1:5 and THREE variants (External forms, Full assembly, Training stand with Cut).
Single bomb cassette RBK-250 AO-1 are designed to destroy enemy manpower when used from aircraft equipped
with bomber launchers, from horizontal and diving flights at altitudes up to 16,000 m
and flight speeds up to 1,200 km/hour. It is loaded with one-kilogram AO-1 fragmentation bombs.
To open the cassette and eject AO-1 bombs from the cassette, a powder charge is used,
which is ignited by a remote tube of the TM-24B type, which is screwed into the headstock together with the MDV-4 mechanism.
The mass of the cassette is 193 kg.
The total weight of the combat part of the cassette is 150 kg. Area of defeat - 4800 meters
Number of AO-1 bombs stowed in one cassette - 150 pcs.
Weight of the cassette without equipment - 57.11 kg.
Weight of powder charge - 0.050 kg.
Minimum permissible height of opening of cassettes - 500 meters.

  • Basic data of the AO-1 aerial bomb
    Weight - 0.95 kg.
Mass of explosives - 0.047 kg.
The radius of continuous damage by killing fragments - 12.2 m.
Average velocity of fragments (at a distance of 10 m from the bomb explosion site) - 376-618 m/sec.
Dimensions of the model 320x86x105mm. maximum - Including stand (scale 1 to 5 in relation to the real size).
The model stand is stylized to look like a real industrial stand for the production and maintenance of such aerial bombs.
One of the variants of the model is a moulage with conventionally opened internal cavity - a cognitive model
to create an educational understanding of the basics of the internal structure and principles of operation in a visual form.
The models are made in SolidWorks program. They are intended primarily for 3D printing
or partial CNC manufacturing of bench models - training models, for use as a visual aid.
The models are not exact copies of the forms of the real product, but contain the forms
of the main elements and are adapted for the possibility of manufacturing and subsequent assembly of the model-imitation of the product.
The models are assembly models, containing all the conditional part files (STL)
in high-polygonal design to obtain qualitatively smooth shapes.
The parts can be attached to each other with glue or with pins (wire material) to preserve the possibility of later disassembly.
In addition, the set contains all files for obtaining high-quality realistic
close-up renderings (smooth lines, highlighted, prepared surfaces for applying materials or textures),
an additional texture file - texture stickers for applying to surfaces (see rendering examples).
In addition to solid model file formats, converted highly detailed polygonal file formats are additionally provided.
