Enhance the versatility of your Portable Zyliss All-Purpose Vise with these 3D printable rotating grippers! Designed to hold pipes, dowels, and circular objects securely, as well as position square pieces of wood diagonally, these jaws are a perfect upgrade. The gripping section rotates 360°, ensuring optimal positioning for your workpiece, and includes notches of varying sizes to accommodate a wide range of sizes. The included .STEP and .F3D files allow for adaptation to other vise models.

Usage

• Hold Circular Objects: Securely grip pipes, dowels, or other cylindrical items with notched jaws.
• Position Square Pieces: Hold square materials at a diagonal for precision work.
• Rotate Gripping Section: Adjust the 360° rotating griper to achieve the desired orientation.

Assembly

1. Insert Captive Bolt: Place a nut (not included) into the body piece.
2. Attach Gripper: Align the hole in the gripper piece with the hole in the body piece.
3. Secure with Bolt: Use a bolt (not included) to screw through the gripper into the captive nut inside the body.
4. Repeat: In order for this gripper to work affectively you will need two, one for both sides of the vice.
5. Snap Onto Vise: Once assembled, snap the grippers onto both sides of the vise.
