Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS/ASA (for UV resistance). PETG offers a good balance of strength and flexibility.
Layer Height: 0.2mm to 0.24mm.
Infill: 15% - 20% (Grid, Gyroid, or Rectilinear). Add extra perimeters (walls) near the pegs and base edge for strength.
Perimeters: 3 to 4 perimeters for durability.
Supports: No supports are strictly necessary for the main base, but small tree supports might help with the base joiner slots depending on your printer’s bridging capability.
Plate Adhesion: A brim is highly recommended due to the long, thin footprint of the base.
Post-Processing:
The joiner pegs are designed for a snug friction fit. If they are too tight or loose, simply adjust the size of the peg slightly (e.g., 99% or 101%) in your slicer before printing a new set.
