Layer Height: 0.16mm - 0.20mm for smooth curves and clean finishes

Infill: 15%–20% (Gyroid or Grid pattern for balanced structural strength)

Wall Loops / Perimeter: 3-4 walls (ensures sturdy mounting holes and durable slots)

Supports: No supports required if printed flat on its back face

Rafts/Brim: Optional (Brim recommended if printing in ABS/PETG to prevent corner warping)

Printing TipFor the cleanest aesthetic finish, print the rack face-up on a textured PEI sheet to achieve a subtle, matte tactile finish on the front plate. If printing in metallic or silk PLAs, set your outer wall speed slightly lower (~40–50 mm/s) to maximize light reflectivity and hide layer lines along the curves!
