You might have better luck contacting support@cgtrader.com rather that asking from help from other sellers who can't administer the site. Be prepared for a long wait as other sellers said they have not had responses for a week or longer.
Great, so now I can't access my hyperwallet account.
Tried login but the system doesn't successfully send the authentication with either SMS or email.
Any chance this would get fixed or will we just surrender to the fact that we can't get our money moved.
