Payout fees are added from the previous month payouts. In your case $3,09 fee is for the $154,8 payout.

I chose Web Money earlier this month. WebMoney costs $ 3 + a certain percentage of the amount. But even when I changed the payment method to PayPal, the payment cost did not change.
