I have a person I hired and would not complete what I hired him for. I did the hire for $50 and was getting the run around and at end he said " I don't Understand" This is even after I sent him a drawing . And he told me goodbye. How do I get this $50.00 Back so I can hire someone that knows what they are doing? Thanks

no I hired someone to make a braket so I can turn a spool that was empty and wind filament on it using a drill attached to a bit and bit fits in the center.

it was just a small part that would slid into the center of a spool and have a branch off that to the first hole on the spool so it can turn with power screw driver. So i can get filament from my 50 pound spool to a smaller one
there is one other this person luschandler23 was hired to do a mummy for me but wont answer any of my request and nothing done
