Editing-Can't save changes

I wanted to edit my publication, change description and add YT video preview, after doing so and clicking "save" button, it redirect me to model site, yet the changes are nor being saved, any suggestion?

Mine did the same last night, made some changes to the text and it didn't change anything. But checked it this morning and all the changes had been done.
