i am trying to find an easy way to do a contour, i have some designs that i need to create a sleeve they can slid into, just expanding them doesnt work, also only needs to be around the outside not top and bottom, i am including an example of what i mean

where the model is the red text and the sleeve is the black, i would make it about 4mm thick and about 0.5mm bigger all round for tolerences, looking for the easiest way and any software is fine as will buy the best software for the job :) thanks
