I think you may have posted an incorrectly spelled artist in the link.
The correct link to the 3D file is https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-print-models/hobby-diy/other/male-viera-default-cosplay-bracers-and-accessories-ffxiv.
You may just have a browser incompatibility. Try another browser. If that fails, try contacting the artist directly to see if it's a problem with his files. It may even be a glitch in the download link. You also may have to contact support@cgtrader.com to resolve some download issues.
