- Aluminum / Metal CNC Version (1.5mm thickness): Perfect for sheet metal laser cutting and bending. Includes 3D CAD formats and flat 2D DXF template.
- Plastic 3D Printed Versions (6mm reinforced core thickness with 16mm rigidity rib):
- Solid Version - for large-scale industrial 3D printers.
- Split in 2 Parts - for standard build plates (Ender 3, Bambu Lab, Prusa). One part is 241.3mm long. Features 3 heavy-duty alignment pins.
- Split in 4 Parts - for mini 3D printers (Bambu A1 Mini, Kingroon, etc.). One part is 120.65mm long. Features a unique triple-interlocking pin system.
- Features smart built-in connecting pins (Ø4.2mm) and precise alignment holes (Ø4.4mm) for automatic interlocking and solid gluing.

3D PRINTING SETTINGS:
- Material: PETG or ABS recommended for high-temperature server environments. PLA is fine for home labs.
- Orientation: Print flat side down (face down) to eliminate the need for supports.
- Walls / Perimeters: 3 - 4 for heavy durability around rack mount ears.
- Infill: 20% - 30% (Gyroid or Grid pattern).
- Supports: 100% NOT REQUIRED (optimized for print-in-place).
- Easy assembly: Clean joints, apply Superglue (PLA/PETG) or Acetone (ABS), and snap parts together.
