The M433 is a 40mm low-velocity High-Explosive Dual-Purpose (HEDP) projectile used in under-barrel and standalone grenade launchers such as the M203 and M320. It was developed to give infantry a compact round that can both produce fragmentation effects against personnel and a shaped-charge effect against light armor.

This is a high-fidelity 1:1 scale full and cutaway model of the M433 40mm HEDP grenade projectile with a M550-style PIBD fuze. — purpose-built for EOD, UXO, and ordnance identification training. The kit contains a full internal breakdown in inert form, with simple fuze train geometry, filler for maximum instructional value in a realistic, inert format.
Built for hands-on classroom or field use, this cutaway lets trainers and students safely explore the M433’s construction, function, and components without any energetic materials or functional firing train.
