Gigante B is a more flexible version of the bipedal Gigante A, able to transition between an all-terrain travel mode and a walking combat mode, due to its unique tread-legs. This variable movement mode enables it to travel quickly to remote interdimensional breaches or kaiju spawnling outbreaks.

Upon arrival, it is able to change to a quad-legged movement mode to overcome difficult terrain (often encountered in devastated combat zones full of shattered hab pods) or engage in limited physical combat, smashing macrofauna under its massive treads.

Gigante B's main weapon loadout is a pair of double-barreled maser cannons, directed-energy microwave weapons that are able to fry invading megafauna flesh at such a ferocious rate, the musculature and fat tends to explode beneath their armored hides in boiling chunks before it can even cook all the way through.

A heavy missile pack and a number of optional laser and heat cannon secondary weapons round out its formidable suite of monster-slaying capabilities.

Sharing a number of components with Gigante A gives it logistical flexibility, and there are numerous variants cobbled together by desperate repair crews trying to get their pilots back into the fight against the invading interdimensional Kaiju.

Though it is capable of hurting kaiju from a distance, and even has limited close combat abilities, wise commanders still deploy the Gigante B with a screening squad of Assault Raptors to keep its tracks from getting clogged with waves of juvenile monster bodies.

Project Gigante kits are not to be approached lightly, and are very resource intensive. Though I have hollowed and saved on material where I could, this print still took a little over 2.5 kg of resin, and some monitoring and mid-print refilling of the tank, especially for the lower hull and weapons. Set an alarm for every couple of hours to top your tank off.
